If this card is Special Summoned during your opponent's turn: Target 1 "Artifact" monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position, also you cannot Special Summon monsters until the end of the next turn, except "Artifact" monsters. You can only use this effect of "Artifact Mjolnir" once per turn.
